Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Marcuvio, an AI-assisted web application for creating, reviewing, preparing, and publishing short-form video content.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Marcuvio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Marcuvio may assist with content planning, script generation, media selection, voice and audio preparation, video rendering, quality checks, caption and hashtag preparation, and publishing workflows. Some features may connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok through authorized APIs.
3. Account authorization and third-party platforms
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Marcuvio to perform only the actions permitted by the scopes you approve. Your use of TikTok and other third-party services remains subject to those platforms' own terms, policies, community guidelines, and technical requirements.
4. Publishing actions
Marcuvio may prepare content for publication and, when the necessary permissions are granted, submit content through supported platform APIs. Publication may depend on user authorization, privacy choices, platform review, processing status, account eligibility, rate limits, or other platform requirements. Marcuvio does not guarantee that any post will be accepted, published, remain available, or achieve a particular level of performance.
5. User responsibility for content
You are responsible for ensuring that content you create or publish using Marcuvio is lawful and that you have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and consents. You must not use Marcuvio to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or to violate the rules of a connected platform.
6. AI-generated and third-party materials
Marcuvio may use automated systems and third-party services to generate or process text, images, audio, video, metadata, or other materials. Automated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed when appropriate. Availability and behavior of third-party services may change without notice.
7. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, bypass platform restrictions, use credentials that you are not authorized to use, or employ Marcuvio for unlawful or abusive activity.
8. Availability and changes
Marcuvio may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes in the service, law, or platform requirements.
9. Disclaimer
Marcuvio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, platform approval, publication success, audience growth, revenue, or any particular content performance.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marcuvio and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party platform decisions, outages, account restrictions, rejected posts, or user-submitted content.
11. Termination and revocation
You may stop using Marcuvio at any time and may revoke third-party authorization through the relevant platform where supported. Access may be suspended where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or platform-policy compliance.
12. Privacy
Use of Marcuvio is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
